The following guide will help you factory reset your Cisco IP Phone.
1. Unplug the phone's LAN cable.
2. Wait 5 seconds.
3. Press and hold # button while plugging the phone back in.
4. Release the # button when the light on the handset blinks red 2 times.
5. Press 123456789*0# in sequence.
After you press these buttons, the phone goes through the factory reset process.
If you press the buttons out of sequence, the phone will power on normally.
